Y.F.S.N. was created for youths and young adults in the exploratory stage of their career development. I am cognizant of the fact that many persons already have an idea of the professional path they want to take. However, there are others on this journey who are still deliberating on the path to choose, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. As you attempt to identify your right fit, be sensitive to the fact that this journey is a process, nothing happens overnight, and no one size fits all. Making a decision now that will impact your life in the future, is no easy feat! What you thought you loved today may change a few years from now. The good news is, the career you choose today is not cast in stone. You reserve the right to make a switch or career change at any point in your life. Many university students switch their majors after their freshmen year. Here are some things to ponder.
