Or so they say!

When it comes to choosing a career path, the age-old discussion surrounding passion over pay or vice versa, never dies! Which one do you think matters most: the love for what you do (passion) or the financial returns (pay)? There is no room here for discrimination; this is a personal matter and so, the choice is really yours.

as I mentioned in my blog, What Love Got to Do with It?  Most professionals spend long hours on their jobs each day. If I have to spend that amount of time anywhere, it’s got to be a place I love. However, while some are driven by passion, others are driven by the pay. Some persons are extrinsically motivated, that means, they are compelled and motivated to work based on the incentives and rewards they will receive in exchange for the job executed. On the other hand, some persons are intrinsically motivated, they are motivated from within; they have an inherent compulsion to do their work.
Whether you are motivated from within or without, again, it’s your call.
