There is JUST ONE YOU! Everybody’s situation is different. No two people are alike, not even identical twins.

Now, some persons might have been exposed to having various professionals around them while they were growing up. so, at an early age they might have engaged in conversations about different careers or have been in settings where the discourses were taking place. They had the resources to guide and nurture them into choosing a career pathway earlier.

Not because you haven’t chosen your career at this age means something is wrong with you. Not at all; you’re far from it! Some persons might be undecided about what they want to pursue because there are so many options to choose from. Yet some young people might be confused or frustrated, because they want to do one thing, but is being pressured into selecting something they have no desire for. Some students might have to choose a career because that is the major or course of study their potential sponsor, scholarship, or aid covers.

Whatever the reason, always remember, you are unique and not having every detail sorted out is normal and okay. Look for opportunities. Keep on beating the odds.
